Job Details
- Position: Online Service Executive / Office Staff
- Location: Thamarassery
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Experience Required: Prior experience in an online service center, Akshaya center, or computer café is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling various online applications (Government portals, university registrations, passports, PAN cards, etc.).
- Assisting customers with digital documentation, printing, scanning, and data entry.
- Managing day-to-day cash transactions and maintaining basic logs.
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience working in a similar online service environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer operations, fast typing, internet browsing, and Malayalam/English typing.
- Communication: Good communication skills and a patient demeanor when dealing with the public.
