About the Role

As an Educational Developer, you will be responsible for translating learning content using AI tools and conducting quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and cultural relevance. You will collaborate closely with instructional designers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and reviewers.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Translation: Translate e-learning scripts, on-screen text, assessments, and subtitles using Articulate Storyline.

• Quality Assurance: Coordinate with stakeholders and proofreaders to ensure translated e-modules meet high-quality standards.

• Terminology Management: Maintain glossaries, style guides, and translation memories to ensure a consistent tone.

• Collaboration: Work with instructional designers and SMEs for content clarification.

• Formatting: Perform updates in e-learning tools and documents (Word, PPT, Excel, LMS exports).

• Project Tracking: Manage version control and track feedback during translation cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate or recent graduate in Languages, Translation, Linguistics, English, Communications, or related fields.

• Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in English and at least one additional language (reading & writing).

• Technical Skills: Experience with Articulate Storyline is highly preferred.

• Design Tools: Familiarity with Adobe tools (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects) is a plus.

• Office Suite: Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent grammar, and the ability to follow rigorous quality guidelines.
