Key Responsibilities

• Expert Preparation: Master the art of preparing authentic ‘Ennakadi,’ which includes items like different varieties of Vada, Bajji, bonda, Pazhampori (banana fritters), and other local fried snacks.
• Quality & Consistency: Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standard of taste, hygiene, and consistency.
• Inventory & Stock: Manage and maintain stock of ingredients required for daily snack preparation.
• Hygiene Standards: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a cook, with a strong focus on preparing traditional Kerala snacks/street food (Ennakadi).
• Knowledge of local ingredients, preparation methods, and popular snack varieties.
