We are looking for a skilled and experienced Snack Maker proficient in preparing all varieties of traditional Kerala oil-fried snacks (Ennakkadikal).
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide variety of snacks including Pazham Pori, Uzhunnu Vada, Parippu Vada, Samosa, Cutlets, Neyyappam, etc.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and hygiene standards.
- Manage the frying station efficiently and maintain cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in making traditional snacks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of traditional recipes and frying techniques.
