Role Overview
As a Social Media-focused Sales Associate, you will be the face of our shop both in-person and online. Your goal is to bridge the gap between our physical products and our digital audience, ensuring our brand stays vibrant and engaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in-store with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Content Creation: Capture high-quality photos and videos of new arrivals and store highlights.
- Social Media Management: Regularly update our social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Status) to drive walk-in traffic.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and music to create engaging Reels and posts.
- Store Upkeep: Ensure the shop floor remains organized and visually appealing for both customers and digital content.
Candidate Requirements
- Gender: Female.
- Location: Preferably residing in or near Omassery for easy commuting.
- Social Media Savvy: Must have a good understanding of how to use social media platforms for business promotion.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in Malayalam is essential; basic English is a plus.
- Personality: Confident, creative, and comfortable appearing in videos or photos if required.
