🛠️ 1. Mobile Technician (Smartphones & Gadgets)

Are you a skilled problem-solver with a passion for mobile technology? Join our team to ensure our customers’ devices are fixed quickly and correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnosis & Repair: Accurately diagnose hardware and software issues on a variety of mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.), including complex component-level repairs.
• Component Replacement: Proficiently perform replacements such as screen repair, battery swaps, charging port fixes, and other internal component repairs.
• Software Troubleshooting: Handle operating system updates, data backup/recovery, and resolve software-related malfunctions (e.g., app crashes, connectivity).
• Quality Control: Thoroughly test all repaired devices to ensure full functionality and customer satisfaction before handover.
• Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate record of spare parts, tools, and supplies.
• Customer Communication: Clearly explain technical issues, repair procedures, and estimated costs to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mobile Repair Technician is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of iOS and Android devices.
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail for handling delicate components.
• Problem-solving attitude and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Do you have excellent communication skills and a friendly, persuasive personality? We are looking for a motivated individual to drive sales and provide outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and understand their needs regarding mobile phones, accessories, and services.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest mobile models, features, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
• Sales & Consulting: Recommend suitable products (phones, accessories, plans) based on customer requirements and demonstrate product features effectively.
• Transaction Handling: Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash and digital payments, and manage returns/exchanges.
• Store Operations: Assist with visual merchandising, keeping the store clean, organized, and ensuring products are fully stocked.
• Target Achievement: Strive to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in a mobile or electronics store.
• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and working knowledge of English.
• A positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
