| Retail Staff | Sales Girl (Female) | Assisting customers, managing stock display, and ensuring excellent service. |
| Sales Boy (Male) | Assisting customers, handling product inquiries, and maintaining store cleanliness. | |
| Specialized Staff | Butcher/Butchery Man | Handling meat cuts, maintaining hygiene standards, and assisting customers with specialized requests. |
| Operational Staff | Billing Staff | Processing customer transactions accurately, handling cash/card payments, and managing point-of-sale (POS) systems. |
| Warehouse Staff | Managing inventory, receiving/dispatching goods, and organizing the store’s warehouse. | |
| Supervisory Role | Supervisor | Overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, ensuring compliance, and handling customer escalations. |
